Birdcage is similar with crate, the size is bigger than common crate.The different with crate is it has a cover，always used for small animals transportation and breeding such as birds, pigeons , chicken….
For birdcage mould, using stripper for ejection way，the thickness of birdcage is a little thick，so the cycle time would be longer to 55s~65s.If you want to reduce the cycle time, would be according to add beryllium copper on the surface.
There are two kinds of birdcage，one is open version（unsealed），the other is close version（sealed）.If you want to get two kinds crates，we could design mold with interchangeable inserts between sealed crates and unsealed，including the bottom side.
