Designed for Trumpf style punch presses, Mate LongLife(TM) includes punch inserts manufactured from high-speed steel and available in 5.00 x 56.00 mm and 5.00 x 76.20 mm rectangular sizes. Punch insert holders are available with or without integral alignment ring. Suited for mild steel up to 3.00 mm, die inserts come in 5.00 x 56 mm and 5.00 x 76.20 mm sizes with 0.10 mm die clearance increments from +0.10-0.60 mm. Die insert holders offer precise angular orientation at 0 and 90°.
