2) Syringe plunger mould core and cavity steel: Stavax Esr (S-136), made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-52.
3) Syringe plunger mould runner system: cold runner, semi-hot runner (Anole hot runner).
4) Syringe plunger mould guarantee life: 5 million shots.
Syringe gasket mould
1) Syringe gasket cavity number: up to 160 cavities.
2) Syringe gasket mould core and cavity steel: Stavax Esr (S-136), made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-52.
3) Product material: TPE or medical grade PVC.
4) Syringe gasket runner system: semi-hot runner + submarine gate.
5) Syringe gasket mould guarantee life: 5 million shots.
