Sequential valve-gate control and hot-runner temperature control can both be managed within one new system from Gammaflux L.P., Sterling, Va. Its sequential valve-gate controller (SVGC) is part of Gammaflux’s TTC line of temperature controllers. A newly developed interface allows users to toggle from one screen to the other. The combined unit saves floor space, and it reportedly provides greater speed and accuracy than existing valve-gate controls, as well as a clearer understanding of sequencing, which helps ease troubleshooting.
