Design teams around the world will be able to explore the powerful new SolidWorks® 2009 product line at hundreds of free seminars that SolidWorks, a Dassault Systems company, will be conducting for both users and nonusers this October. The seminars will be presented by authorized SolidWorks resellers.
The purpose of the seminars is to enable attendees to experience the unprecedented speed of the new version of the leading 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software package—a documented 65% improvement over SolidWorks 2008—and to learn about the more than 260 customer-requested enhancements the 2009 release introduces. Current nonusers contemplating the purchase SolidWorks 2009 will be able to see how powerful 3D modelling technology can drive the design of better products.
In addition, the resellers will offer seminars in SolidWorks Simulation, SolidWorks Enterprise PDM, and 3DVIA Composer software. All SolidWorks products work together using the same design data, so each change is updated automatically across all applications.
People interested in attending any of the seminars should either visit the SolidWorks 2009 launch site for more information or contact a local authorized SolidWorks reseller.
