Die & Mould 2008 will be held on 12th-16th, May in Shanghai New International Exhibition Center. At the time, Precision Mould Award set up for mould and standard part will be assessed by CDMA Tech Committee. The prize is set up to promote the tech development of mould industry and mould quality, and further promote the fame of mould enterprises in China.
The assessment for exhibited moulds and mould standard parts will be one of the important events in the exhibition. From 1990 to 2004, according to international standard, 221 moulds and mould standard parts have been awarded, and according to domestic standard, 581 moulds and mould standard parts have been awarded. From 2006, the 11th Die & Mould, the prize was given the name Precision Mould Award formally by CDMA. On the 2006 event, 76 moulds and mould standard parts won the first prize, 113 moulds and mould standard parts won the second prize. The assessment has excited mould enterprised in tech innovation, and promoted mould technology development.
