Thin wall container mould is widely used in our daily life. But thin wall product is not easy for injection. This kind of mould has high requirement for the machine. We need high precision tooling and good design to avoid such problems happen. Good dimension can make the mould assembly very well. The mould will working very smoothly without any noisy sounds. Correct angle should be add to the mould core and cavity during mould design. Reasonable mould design can avoid deformation and sticky.
