- Steel Preparation: Purchase the steel on the basis of mould structure, steel material inspection;

- Precise milling/Engraving：High speed milling precise milling;
- EDM/wire cutting：We have EDM machine which from Sodick.
- Hole drilling：Deep hole drilling the longest is 1.5m.
- Mould assembly:
Each piece of steel part after processing, generally has self-check and QC department testing, workshop machine operation personnel will be after processing, check whether the process is in place, then send to QC department using Coordinate Measurement Machine. Products formed surface must be important to three coordinates testing.
We take measures to make sure every step of tooling process to control precise and mould quality.
