Offering high tension of up to 5000N, the CP500 will accept polyester straps of between 12-19mm, meaning one tool can be used for all applications Strap thickness is between 0.7mm and 1.4mm
Adjustable welding/cooling time-control improves the weld-joint efficiency, making this tool ideal for securing heavy and difficult products that previously had to be secured with a steel strap.
Cyklop will have a suitable strap available for most applications.
On-site demonstrations are available and the CP500 can be purchased or rented.
