RTP Company’s Color Division of specialty compounds has expanded its capacity for producing masterbatches and precolored resins to give five-day delivery.

He continued: "Currently, we offer a five-day lead time for color masterbatches and precolored resins.
As sales increase, the only way to continue supplying in five-day window is to have a capacity growing at a faster rate so that we can stay ahead of the curve".
Recent capacity increases include five new extrusion lines at the company’s Winona, Minnesota facility, one of which is dedicated to the manufacture of fluoropolymer colors and compounds.
"We’ve also added lines for color laboratory and production at our Suzhou, China; Singapore; and Fort Worth, Texas locations," said Sirois.
"This year we will complete an expansion at our color laboratory in Beaune, France, in addition to an extrusion line for color products.
Expanding our laboratories allows us to provide a greater level of color solutions for the industry’s ever changing and ever challenging needs".
According to Sirois, choosing a supplier who can deliver quality color in a customer’s preferred mode is as important as selecting the right color.
He said that RTP Company provides an independent and objective assessment of what’s best for a particular process: masterbatches or precolored resins.
