One year before the establishment, investors of Jiyuan made much investigation on mould industry and the geographic character of the factories. At last, they set up the company in Huangyan, the famould Moulds Town in China, in January 2000. On the one hand, Huangyan as the famous mould basement, mould factories are concentrated, and so formed a certain kind of mould culture. Live in this culture, Jiyuan learns from brother factories, and is quick in response to the new difficulties, new technologies, and industry trend. On the other hand, new technology spread fast in this area, take this advantage, Jiyuan has introduced advanced equipments, as well as rich experienced workers, and laid a solid foundation. Also, Jiyuan can act quick in updating its facility to keep up with the market, and supply good moulds.
On the first year of the establishment, the company has worked with national enterprises such as Good Baby, Taiwan Plastic Group (Xiamen, Fuwu) Plastic Co., Ltd, Xiahua Electron Co., Ltd, Shanghai Volkswagen Group, Feidiao Electric Appliance, American Cosco, etc.. By July, 2000, it has been awarded ISO9001 Certificate. With contineous innovation and development, Jiyuan built up a new factory of 25000m2, and in Auguest, 2004, Jiyuan housewares & mould base factory is set up which make relevant industry chain to be stretched and developped.
The company has always been focused on plastic moulds all these years. Until now, it has enlarged the products catalogue from commodity moulds and home appliance moulds to BMC moulds, gas assisted moulds, double colored moulds.
