Dynabrade’s line of Dynabelter air-powered, abrasive belt tools are suitable for weld grinding, blending, and finishing on metal, stainless steel, and other materials.
Using abrasive belts 1/2 in. to 2 in. wide by 30 ft. long, the tool grinds cylinders, deburrs castings and structural steel, cleans welds, fabricates metals, polishes tubing, and blends corners.
Four versions are available: a 7-HP standard duty that accepts abrasive belts 1 in. wide by 30 in. long; a heavy-duty 1.2-HP model; a 2.0 extra heavy-duty model that includes a pressure bar with a top control handle; and a 1.2 heavy-duty model, which includes an "Adjust-A-Wheel" with adjustable guide tires to control the depth of the abrasive belt cut and allow controlled grinding on flat surfaces without undercutting.
Available accessories include various contact arms, abrasive belts, air lines, and air line swivel fittings.
