Precautions when processing CNC parts

CNC parts processing is to process the raw materials into corresponding parts according to the customer's drawings with lathes, milling machines and other mechanical equipment. What should be paid attention to when processing CNC parts?
   1. Before processing, check whether lubricating oil is added to the moving part, and then whether the clutch and brake are normal, and whether the machine is idling for 1-3 minutes. If the machine breaks down, stop the operation immediately and conduct an inspection.
   2. During processing, it is forbidden to reach into the working area of the slider, and it is forbidden to take out or place the workpiece by hand. When removing or placing the workpiece in the stamping die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If you find abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, you should immediately turn off the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, one person transports materials and operates the machinery. Others are not allowed to press the electrical construction or step on the switch board, nor can they put their hands in the processing work area or touch the moving parts of the machinery with their hands.
   3. When changing the mold, turn off the power first, and then start to install and debug the mold after the press movement department stops running. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand for two test punches to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.  Precautions when processing CNC parts
