What is the relationship between the development prospects of precision machining and the configuration?
Nowadays, the application of precision machining lathe machinery and equipment can be said to be very common in current manufacturers. Why do you say that, because what we need in our daily life is processed by assembly line equipment or processed by other equipment. You look like packaging, plastic wrap production, these are very common in our lives, the more common things, the higher the demand, generally there is no way for labor to supply so much, so use the current The mechanical processing is also an important point.
⑴ The roundness tolerance of the two supporting journals A and B of the supporting journal spindle is 0.005mm, and the radial runout tolerance is 0.005mm; the contact rate of the supporting journal 1:12 cone surface is ≥70%; the surface roughness Ra is 0.4 mm; The dimensional accuracy of the supporting journal is IT5. Because the main shaft supporting journal is used to install the supporting bearing and is the assembly reference surface of the main shaft component, its manufacturing accuracy directly affects the rotation accuracy of the main shaft component.
⑵ Taper hole at the end The tolerance of the inner taper hole at the end of the spindle (No. 6 Morse) to the support journal A, B is 0.005mm at the end of the shaft, and the tolerance at 300mm from the end of the shaft is 0.01 mm; the contact rate of the taper is ≥70 %; surface roughness Ra is 0.4mm; hardness requirement is 45~50HRC. The taper hole is used to install or tool taper shank, and its axis line must be strictly coaxial with the axis lines of the two supporting journals, otherwise it will cause the workpiece (or tool) to produce coaxiality errors.
