1.1 mold reset plate is not reset
After the mold is opened, the mold reset plate is not reset. The causes are: reset oil cylinder oil leakage, resulting in uneven force when the mold is reset. The mold reset is unbalanced.
The reset rod of the mold is strained, the cooperation between the reset rod and the guide sleeve is tightened, and the reset plate is not topped.
Solution: Check if the oil seal of the mold reset cylinder is worn out. If it is worn out, replace the oil seal in time. Check if the mold reset lever is strained, Polishing mould reset rod and lubrication.
1.2 Mold feed nozzle blocking material
When the injection mold is opened, the product head breaks and is blocked in the mold feed nozzle, which causes the product to be unsatisfactory when the mold is injected.
Cause: The hot runner temperature of the mold does not reach the melting point of the raw material, the mold gate sleeve has burrs, and the improper apintejinustment of the injection molding process is caused.
Solution: Apintejinust the process according to the requirements of the injection molding process, and check whether the mold sprue sleeve has burrs.
1.3 Mold core slider does not reset
The mold slider is not reset, causing the product to crack.
Cause: The mold slider is tight, and the mold slider return spring is invalid.
Solution: Repair the mold slider and replace the reset spring.
