What are the processing methods and options for CNC precision parts?
CNC parts processing plant should select the corresponding processing method according to the processing requirements of these surfaces, the structural characteristics of the parts and the material properties. When selecting a surface processing method, it is generally first selected for its final processing method, and then each processing method for the relevant leading process is selected one by one. Processing method selection principle1 The selected processing method should consider the economic processing tolerance range of each processing method to be compatible with the accuracy requirements and surface roughness requirements of the machined surface.2 The selected machining method can ensure the geometric accuracy of the machined surface and the positional accuracy of the surface.3 The selected processing method should be compatible with the processability of the part material. For example, hardened steel, heat-resistant steel, etc. are processed by grinding because of high hardness.4 The processing method should be compatible with the type of production. When mass production, efficient machine tools and advanced processing methods should be used. In single-piece small batch production, general machine tools and conventional machining methods are used.5 The selected processing method should be compatible with the company's existing equipment conditions and workers' technical level.
