What About Milling Technology For CNC Machined Parts ?

CNC precision parts processing is still relatively extensive in the industry. Why do you say this? In fact, we can see it in life. It has an obvious effect, and it will be more applied to some mechanical equipment. You must know The requirements for precision machining of CNC precision parts are also high. Why, because customers are demanding quality, and the advantages of this kind of CNC precision parts processing itself are great, so we must do better and let customers trust more. This is the CNC What you need to do in precision parts processing,
1.Feeding path of milling plane parts by CNC lathe   When generalizing milling plane parts, the side cutter of an end mill is usually used for cutting. In order to reduce the cutting marks and ensure the appearance quality of the parts, the cutting-in and cutting-out procedures of the tools are carefully designed.   When generalizing the appearance of the milling, the cut-in and cut-out points of the milling cutter should be cut into and out of the part along the extension line of the part's general curve, and should not be cut directly into the part in the normal direction to avoid scratches on the appearance and ensure the part Summarize lubrication.  2. When milling the closed inner outline surface, if the inner outline curve allows extension, it should be cut in and out along the tangent direction. If the internal generalized curve does not agree with the extension, the tool can only cut in and out along the normal direction of the internal generalized curve, and select its point in and out at the intersection of the two generalized elements of the part.
When the internal tangent elements are tangent without intersection points, in order to avoid leaving the notch at the generalized corner when the cutter compensation is withdrawn, the cutting-in point of the cutter should be far away from the corner.
The path shown when milling the outer circle with the circular interpolation method. When the round machining is finished, do not retract the tool at the tangent point. Instead, move the tool along the tangential direction for a certain distance to avoid canceling the tool compensation. The CNC lathe tool will collide with the appearance of the workpiece, which will make the workpiece invalid.
When milling internal arcs, you must also follow the tangential cut-in rule, and the optimal organization of the transition from arc to arc processing roads can improve the machining accuracy and machining quality of the outer surface of the inner hole.
