Injection

Compression

The raw materials that are usually used are: fiberglass, thermoplastics, and thermosetting resins. Just like in the other processes the raw material is heated and poured into the heated mold cavity.

Once full, the cavity is closed and pressure is applied on it in order for the heated material to form shape. This process not only aids in molding large and intricate objects, but it’s also inexpensive.
