Stamping die is an essential process equipment for stamping production, and it is a technology intensive product. If the quality of stamping die is unqualified, the quality of the whole batch of stamping parts can not be guaranteed. The level of mold design and manufacturing technology is one of the important symbols to measure the level of a country's product manufacturing, which determines the product quality, benefit and new product development ability to a great extent. So what is the acceptance standard of stamping die?

1. Touch check

Wipe the surface of the outer panel with clean gauze. The inspector needs to wear touch gloves to touch the surface of the stamping parts along the longitudinal direction of the stamping parts. This inspection method depends on the experience of the inspector. If necessary, the suspected area can be polished by oilstone and verified, but this method is an effective and rapid inspection method.

2. Oilstone grinding

2.1. First, clean the surface of the outer panel with clean gauze, and then polish it with oilstone (20 × 20 × 100 mm or larger), and polish the places with arc and hard to reach with relatively small oilstone (such as 8 × 100 mm semicircular oilstone).

2.2. The choice of particle size depends on the surface condition (such as roughness, galvanizing, etc.). Fine grained oilstone is recommended. The direction of oilstone grinding is basically along the longitudinal direction, and fits the surface of stamping parts well. In some special places, horizontal grinding can be supplemented.

3. Polishing of flexible gauze

Wipe the surface of the outer panel with clean gauze. With the flexible sand net close to the stamping surface, along the longitudinal grinding to the whole surface, any pitting, indentation will be easily found.

4. Oiling inspection

Wipe the surface of the outer panel with clean gauze. Then apply oil evenly along the same direction with a clean brush to the whole outer surface of the stamping part. Place the oiled stamping parts under strong light for inspection. It is suggested that the stamping parts should be erected on the body. It is easy to find tiny pits, hollows and corrugations on stamping parts by this method.

5. Visual inspection

Visual inspection is mainly used to find the appearance abnormality and macro defects of stamping parts.

6. Inspection of inspection tools

Put the stamping parts into the inspection tool, and test the stamping parts according to the operation requirements of the inspection tool manual.

5. Inspection process

5.1 incoming inspection

5.1.1 operation flow chart

5.1.2 operation process

5.1.2.1 when receiving external materials, the warehouse keeper shall confirm the type, supplier, quantity and other information of the materials, store the materials in the temporary storage area after confirmation, mark them with "to be inspected" and inform the quality control.

5.1.2.2 after receiving the inspection information, the quality inspection department shall check the material name, specification, supplier, packaging, identification, etc. with the corresponding purchase documents, conduct sampling or full inspection after no error is found, and fill the inspection results in the out / in warehouse inspection record.

5.1.2.3 the qualified materials shall be labeled as "qualified", and the warehouse keeper shall go through the warehousing procedures.

5.1.2.4 for the unqualified materials, the quality inspection department shall review them together with relevant personnel such as designers, fitters and numerical control personnel. The acceptable materials shall be marked with "special use", and the unacceptable materials shall be labeled with "unqualified" and isolated.

5.1.2.5 the purchasing person in charge shall feed back the information of the unqualified materials to the suppliers, return the materials that cannot be used, and fill in the quality abnormality corrective action form at the same time.

5.1.2.6 if the specially used materials need to be repaired, they can be put into use only after they are inspected to be qualified.

5.2 process inspection

5.2.1 operation flow chart

5.2.2 operation process

5.2.2.1 operators of each process shall conduct self inspection after completion; if the self inspection is unqualified, rework shall be conducted again; if the process cannot be reworked, it shall be treated as unqualified.

5.2.2.2 after receiving the inspection information, the quality inspection department shall carry out sampling or full inspection, and fill in the inspection results in the out / in warehouse inspection record.

5.2.2.3 the qualified parts shall be marked with "qualified" and handed over to the next process.

5.2.2.4 for unqualified parts, the quality inspection department shall review them together with relevant personnel such as designer, fitter and CNC. The acceptable parts shall be marked with "special use", and the unacceptable parts shall be labeled with "unqualified" and isolated.

5.2.2.5 for non-conforming items, the quality inspection department shall issue the rectification report of non-conforming items, and the relevant departments shall analyze, correct and prevent the problem points, and confirm the preventive measures.

2.2 the qualified products shall be timely repaired after being put into use.

5.3 final inspection

5.3.1 operation flow chart

5.3.2 operation process

5.3.2.1 after the manufacturing of mold parts is completed, the fitter is responsible for assembling and compounding the parts. After the actual assembly is qualified, the final assembly and actual assembly are carried out, and the function of each part is confirmed to be normal, and the unqualified parts are corrected in time.

5.3.2.2 after the final assembly, the quality inspection department shall carry out the inspection according to the relevant contents of the mold self inspection form, and carry out the trial production of the mold and provide the trial production report according to the mold test liaison sheet provided by the design.

5.3.2.3 after the sample of the trial model product is produced, the testing department shall test the product; the business technical person in charge shall judge the testing data provided by the testing department, and propose amendments to the production department for the problems that do not meet the requirements of the drawing or in the trial and the design changes required by the customers.

5.3.2.4 the qualified mould shall be handed over to the customer for acceptance.

6. Inspection and test

6.1 take samples of articles of the same specification according to 3 ~ 5pcs of each batch or determined by the quality control person in charge. The batches with less than 3 pieces shall be fully inspected. The key dimensions with tolerance standards shall be fully measured when the existing resources can be measured.

6.2 inspection requirements

6.2.1 after sampling, the quality control personnel shall determine the appearance and size respectively, and then carry out destructive inspection.

6.2.2 environmental requirements for appearance inspection: normal lighting (40W fluorescent lamp for sufficient light) shall be adopted, the distance between the measuring surface of the object to be measured and the naked eye of the inspector shall be 25-35cm, the observation angle shall be ± 45 ° perpendicular to the measured surface of the object to be measured, and the observation time shall be 10 ± 5 seconds.

6.2.3 requirements for monitoring and measuring devices: the accuracy level of caliper shall not be lower than 0.02mm, the accuracy level of micrometer shall not be lower than 0.01mm, and the accuracy level of standard gauge shall not be lower than 0.01mm. Other or self-made inspection tools and other devices shall meet the measurement requirements of relevant process, inspection documents or engineering drawings.
