When it comes to 3D printing, you are eloquent and know everything, but if you are asked to install and test a 3D printer, will you still be familiar with it?

Don’t be afraid, today I will teach you seven methods for installing and testing 3D printers. From then on, how to install 3D printers? How to test 3D printers? It is no longer a problem for you.

  • 1. Before trying the nozzle, inject water with a needle to check the nozzle to see if it is blocked. This is a very redundant and dangerous practice. First of all, once the nozzle gets water, you can turn on the machine if you don’t dry it. It will burn the plate at light and the head if it is heavy; the nozzle is usually filled with protective liquid, and you use a needle to inject water into the head. , Not only washes away the protective liquid in the head, but also because of the pressure of the hand, it is easy to cause air blockage of the nozzle, resulting in no ink.
  • 2. The head surface of the 3D printing nozzle is very fragile and must not be bumped and must be protected. Its surface layer is an aluminum sheet, and the inner layer is coated with a crystal oscillator and a very small ink tube. It will be dented, deformed, or even broken when touched, and the nozzle will be scrapped.
  • 3. Be careful when installing the sprinkler, be sure to cut off the power first, and install it in place. After installation, gently push the trolley with your hands to move it left and right to check whether it is smooth. Don’t turn on the power after it’s installed, because if the head is not in place, the trolley will easily break the head when it moves. , Strong controllability.
  • 4. When connecting the plug and cable, do not bring ink, and make sure that it is in good contact with the socket and does not touch the feet, otherwise, it will cause the print head to be short-circuited and burned.
  • 5. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. You can wipe it with a paper towel with some lubricating oil. Do not directly add oil to the shaft. The excess oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage.
  • 6. After the machinery and circuit are all correct, check the water circuit. First, check that the amount of water in the ink cartridge is insufficient; second, check whether the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty.
  • 7. There will be air in the newly installed print head, so it will not print normally immediately. Only when the air in the head is completely exhausted can the line be normal.
