1, rolling rail block
The rolling guide block, also known as the rolling guide support block, is a rolling guide for rolling motion of the rolling body, which is mostly used for medium load, and its structural type is as shown in the figure. 1 is a protective plate, and the end cover 2 and the guide piece 4 guide the rolling body (roller 3) to return, 5 is a holder, and 6 is a body. In use, the rolling rail block is mounted on the rail surface of the moving part, and each rail has at least two pieces. The number of the rail blocks depends on the length of the rail and the size of the load, and the matching rails are mostly inlaid steel quenching rails. When the moving member moves, the roller 3 rolls between the guide surface of the support member and the body 6, and at the same time circulates around the body 6, and the roller 3 does not contact the guide surface of the moving member. The rolling guide block is produced by professional manufacturers and has various specifications and types for customers to choose. The rolling guide block is characterized by high rigidity, large carrying capacity and easy disassembly.
2. Linear rolling guide
Linear rolling guides, also known as unitary linear rolling guides, are new types of rolling guides that have emerged in recent years. The structure is shown in Figure 6-22. It consists of a rail body 1, a slider 7, a ball 4, a holder 3, an end cover 6, and the like. In use, the rail is fixed to the non-moving part and the slider is fixed to the moving part. When the slider moves along the rail body, the ball rolls in a circular arc straight groove between the rail body and the slider, and continuously circulates through the raceway in the end cover from the working load area to the non-working load area, thereby guiding the rail body The movement between the slider and the slider becomes a rolling of the balls.
Linear rolling guides are generally assembled by the manufacturer. The outstanding advantage is that there is no gap. Compared with the general rolling guide, the following features are also available:
(1) It has self-adjusting ability, and the mounting base allows for large errors;
(2) High manufacturing precision;
(3) It can run at high speed, and the running speed can be greater than 10m/s;
(4) It can maintain high precision for a long time;
(5) Preloading can be applied to increase stiffness.
The linear rolling guide is divided into four precision grades, namely 2, 3, 4, and 5 grades. The 2nd grade has the highest precision and is successively decremented.
